The food self-sufficiency rate is sluggish at 40%, and we can not maintain the Japanese table unless we rely on imported ingredients. Moreover, with the development of the global economy in recent years, carnivorous use of a large amount of grain is advanced in developing countries, furthermore overfishing of fish and soaring prices of imported fruits and so on are overlapping, and the appearance of former food importing power country Niigon I am showing it.
On the other hand, it is clear that 'food loss', which can be eaten yet, reaches 6.32 million tons. This means that it is doubling the amount of food aid worldwide, one daily rice per citizen every day (*).

■ Purpose

Doggie bags, which are "takeaway containers", are not spreading due to insufficient coordination among the various bodies such as the administration, production, production, distribution, and consumption. It is environmentally friendly, prevents overeating, effectively utilizes resources, and also gives tribute to the producers.
In order to promote an ideal food culture through such a doggy bag, we will establish the "Doggie Bag Promotion Committee" based on the following policy.
